# How pricing works

We do not publish fixed prices, because every project is sized to the business. Here is exactly how a project is priced instead.

## Two parts

- **A setup fee.** For the build itself: the website, the automation and, if you choose it, the AI receptionist.
- **A monthly plan.** Hosting, maintenance, updates and adjustments, with no lock-in.

## What sets the size

Which of the three tiers you choose ( [Website, Client Capture or Client Capture + Voice](https://mountolympusai.cloud/client-capture-system/)) and what your business needs from it. We agree it together on a 30-minute call, after you have seen your demo.

## How payment works

- **Before you pay anything.** We build a live demo of your new website, usually within 24 hours, at no cost.
- **When you decide.** A written quote and service agreement, with a 50% deposit.
- **At handover.** The balance is paid when the work is delivered and approved by you.
- **After that.** The monthly plan, with no lock-in.

## What you own

You own your domain, website, Google listing and logins from day one, whatever you pay and whenever you leave.

## Questions

### Is the demo really free?

Yes. We build first, and you decide after seeing it.

### Is there a minimum term?

No. The monthly plan has no lock-in.

### Why no price list?

Because every project is sized to the business, a price list would be wrong for most people who read it. A short call gets you a written quote for yours.
